Serkong Rinpoche will give a teaching on the Dependent Arising and Emptiness on the basis of Candrakīrti’s commentary The Clear Words. This treatise is considered the most important commentary on the Mūlamadhyamakakārikā, the Foundation of Wisdom, rarely explained in the West.

Joining our livestreams Click on the blue camera icon to join our webinar with Serkong Rinpoche. Listening to live interpretation We offer Italian, English and Spanish interpretation services. We are offering consecutive translation to Italian, therefore if you wish to listen to our Italian interpreter, you only have to join the webinar and wait for the teachings to start. If you wish to listen to our English or Spanish interpreters, join the webinar and look for the 'globe' icon in the menu at the bottom of your screen. Click on the 'globe' icon and select your source language (English or Spanish). Once you have selected your language, you will automatically join the language channel of your choice.
If you are experiencing technical difficulties… You can always use the webinar Chat. You can find the chat option in the menu at the bottom of your screen. One of our technicians will always be there to assist you, if you experience any technical issues. Please, use the Chat tool just for this purpose, and avoid publishing any private messages there.
Q&A sessions Rinpoche will dedicate 30 minutes to Q&A every day. Please, stick to the questions related to his teachings. You have to submit your questions using the Q/A tool (NOT CHAT). Our interpreters will only take your questions from there and pass them on to Rinpoche. The Q/A tool is located in the main menu at the bottom of your screen. You can submit your questions during the teachings. You do not have to wait for the Q&A session to start in order to write down your questions. Our interpreters will read out the submitted questions and share them with Rinpoche.
Downloading teaching texts Open the course page on our platform at https://corsi.iltk.org/?lang=en and look for the "Live teachings" with Rinpoche. Resources: teaching texts folder is located at the bottom of this page, under the "go to live teachings" button and after the course description. Here you can find downloadable texts and prayers, which we will recite at beginning and at the end of our sessions.
Listening to our live session podcasts Open our platform at https://corsi.iltk.org/?lang=en, click on the "Course" button under Serkong Rinpoche's picture, and then select "Live teachings". Teachings with Rinpoche will be recorded and uploaded in Italian, English, and Spanish. We will upload them as fast as possible, but we cannot promise you this will happen before the beginning of our next live session. On the right side of your screen, you will find the podcast menu. If you wish to listen to any of the past sessions, please click on the selected session title.
Recordings will not be available for download. They will be used as the basic study material for the follow-up "Thought Education and Emotional Hygiene" course.

The aim of this new on-line course, which will be presented during Serkong Rinpoche’s teachings, is to bring the Buddha’s words as interpreted by the great Indian masters of Nalanda, such as Nagarjuna and Chandrakirti, closer to a wider audience. Tutors for this new on-line course, Fabrizio Pallotti and Atisha Mathur, will provide philosophical and logical insights (in English and Italian) as a follow-up to Serkong Rinpoche’s May teachings on the Clear Word of Chandrakirti.

Preliminary teachings for those who wish to attend Serkong Rinpoche's teachings
At the request of Serkong Rinpoche, Atisha Mathur and Fabrizio Pallotti gave the preliminary teachings at ILTK from 20th to 23rd February. The main aim of this preliminary session is to introduce and clarify the logical structure of this precious text and meditations related to it. We will delve deeper into the meaning of these preliminary subjects through explanations, examples, discussions, debate and Q&A sessions, as well as analytical meditation on the subjects. Our main reference material will be The Science and Philosophy in the Indian Classics, chapter 2 “Methods of Inquiry: Critical Reflection and Four Reliances”, and the first two chapters of the Exposition of Valid Cognition.
